The detail construction of the back conical bottom affords a fluid and easier extraction of the grape-pips that, deposited on the bottom during the fermentation, can be removed in any working phase and allows, through motorized device of extraction, the total evacuation of the marcs.
Additionally it is possible to place, in correspondence of the exhaust manway door, belt conveyors for the removal of the same ones.
