Heat Exchangers

Tube in Tube Heat Exchangers are modular equipment entirely realized in stainless steel AISI 304 (on request AISI 316) suitable for heating/cooling product like musts and fruit juices, either limpid or containing vinasses or flesh.

Their conformation affords an easy access to the pipelines inside of which the product flows and a fast cleaning of the exchanger.

The equipment is constructed by modules constituted from two concentric tubes in stainless steel placed horizontally and overlapped. The product to treat flows in the internal tube, while the heating/cooling liquid flows in the interstice between the two pipes.

A special working of helical corrugation is carried out in the internal tube in order to confer to the product a turbulent flow that improves the heat exchange.

The insulation of every single element is realized with a thickness of 30 millimeter in high density expanded polyurethane  and covered with sheet in stainless steel AISI 304. Moreover the heat exchanger is equipped of four thermometers: two on product input/output, two on refrigerant input/output.
