Refrigeration Units

Refrigeration Units are liquid cooling groups realized with the most recent constructive technologies and look like as monobloc units with two hermetic compressors using HFC R407c gas.

Refrigeration Units can be installed outdoors without any problem of corrosion from atmospheric agents. All the equipment are factory-tested and only need water and electrical connections.

TECHNICAL DESCRIPTIONS:

• Refrigeration Units for external installations, guarantee temperatures out/in +7/+12 °C, and (with double set-point) -7/-2 °C.
• Orbiting coil hermetic compressors or semi hermetic screw compressors according to the amount of output refrigeration units;
• Finned packages condensers with copper tubes and aluminum finning, with V disposition in order to reduce the unit dimensions and to increase the surface of exchange with the air;
• Axial type electric fans with protection grill, electronic variation of the rotation speed;
• Exchangers with plates in AISI 316 stainless steel, it allows to reduce the cooling amount in the circuit and increases the maintenance facility;
• Electrical panel with micro-process control for the water temperature regulation, antifreeze protections, compressors  timer, compressors partialization, speed regulation of the electrical fans, alarms report and description, alarms reset, pressures of high and low pressure and relative evaporators condensation temperatures. All visualized on multiline graphical display device.
