The peculiarity of this type of winemakers with inclined flat bottom is the equipment of a system for the evacuation of the marcs that, after the fermentation process, must be extracted from the tank. The device is characterized by blades placed on the bottom that allow a gradual and progressive extraction, assuring a total extraction and avoiding the presence of eventual staff, in favour of the production costs reduction.
